Satellite School Teacher/Administrator Background
Information
Prospective Satellite school teachers and administrators shall submit a copy of their teacher certification and any other credentials, along with a resume, either formal or informal, to include the following:
---Full name, address, date of birth, social security
number, phone, and Email information. Name of Satellite School, with address,
phone and Email information for facility.
---Educational background and experience (schools attended,
dates, graduation information and diplomas and degrees received). Please feel
free to include vocational and technical schools attended, as
well as any less traditional, but relevant, educational
experiences.
---Educational Philosophy - a brief statement of your
approach to learning, and your thoughts
about the roles of freedom, creativity, and spontaneity in
education.
---Employment History.
---Verifiable references from at least 3 individuals who
have known you for at least 5 years.
Personal Information is neither required nor
solicited. At your option, you may include a brief description of your personal
interests, hobbies, etc.
